Position Overview:

The Automotive Procurement Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the procurement process for automotive components and services. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost negotiation to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials necessary for the production of vehicles. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to drive efficiency and maintain high-quality standards in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for automotive components and services.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain.

Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Work closely with suppliers to address issues, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and improve profitability. Monitor and analyze cost trends, providing recommendations for cost reduction opportunities.

Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation

Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.

Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Stay informed about geopolitical and economic factors that may impact the automotive supply chain.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote ethical sourcing practices and sustainability in the supply chain. 

5,000 د.إ - 10,000 د.إ a month

The salary will be discussed during the interview, and it will depend on your qualifications and experience.
