JOB TITLE: ARCHITECT
Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative and functional spaces while considering the aesthetic, technical, and practical aspects of architecture. This role requires a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, models, and mood boards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
Project Management:
Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to bring architectural designs to fruition.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with advancements in architectural technology and materials.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the design and construction phases.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, landscape architects, and other specialists, to create integrated and cohesive design solutions.
Participate in client presentations and effectively communicate design concepts and rationales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Architectural license preferred.
