YOUR ROLE
Developing and implementing treasury projects to manage financial risk, enhance cash flow efficiency and working capital optimization.
Overseeing the banking and pension partners, negotiating favorable terms, and evaluating new banking services.
Manage the pension assets, ensuring appropriate asset allocation, diversification, and risk management to achieve optimal returns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, tax, and legal, to ensure effective treasury operations.
Staying updated on market trends including e-commerce, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
YOUR SKILLS
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of SAP
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA designation is a plus).
Proven experience as a Treasurer, preferably with regional or international exposure.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, and risk management strategies.
Expertise in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
Familiarity with banking relationships, and investment portfolio management.
Excellent analytical and digital skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and geographies.
