Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting Manager to join our team! In this role you will be Responsibility for delivering Parsons’s reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring reports are produced in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with Jacobs and Mace delivery partners. This position is accountable for reporting to QIC requirements and is a direct report to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supports the development and implementation of the QIP reports as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.
Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.
Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
4-year degree in a relevant technical field and at least 12-15 years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
Power BI Intermediate User
Microsoft Excel Intermediate User
Strong business acumen
Artistic acumen in dashboard presentations
Familiarity and reasonable experience utilizing industry standard tools such Oracle Primavera, Power BI, Primavera Risk Analysis/Safron Risk/@Risk, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCad, BIM, GIS, etc.
Facilitating Weekly and Monthly Reporting Workshops
Infrastructure experience
Previous MEA and/or other international experience
