JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose: As a Senior Analyst, Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in our journey of transformation. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding stakeholder needs, developing and executing tailored change management plans, and fostering a culture of change support across our organization.
Key Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand their expectations for change.
Customized Change Plans: Create and implement change management strategies tailored to our organization's unique needs.
Effective Communication: Skillfully communicate with all organizational levels to build understanding and garner support for change.
Risk and Resistance Management: Identify and proactively manage risks and resistance to change.
Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives.
Empowerment Through Training: Provide training and support to employees on navigating change.
Implementation Support: Assist with implementation activities, such as user training, user acceptance testing, and cut-over support.
Documentation Excellence: Ensure all project documents and manuals are meticulously maintained.
Process Enhancement: Contribute to the development of functional requirements and process documents to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, AGILE).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in change management or business analysis.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Support the Change Management team in developing and delivering training programs on change management.
Develop and maintain meticulous change management documentation.
Conduct research on change management best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in change management.
Experience conducting workshops to analyze business requirements and provide inputs for system requirements documents.
Liaise with business teams to understand and translate their requirements into executable changes.
Create comprehensive documentation for end-to-end business processes.
Engage in productive discussions with internal and external stakeholders beyond immediate circles.
Collaborate with consultants and Business Leaders to effectively document business processes.
Ensure the accuracy and currency of project documents and manuals.
