Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. The Project Manager (PM) will play a focal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of multidisciplinary related projects. The PM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved within scope, budget, timelines and quality. The PM expertise in project management methodologies, digital tools and supervision skills will drive project success and contribute to our reputation for delivering high-quality results.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Utilize commercial acumen to manage budget constraints, cost control, contractual and financial aspects of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate these effectively to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage resources efficiently.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular status meetings, provide timely updates, and address concerns to maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, change requests, and relevant reports.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough quality checks.
Manage Client’s relationships, contracts, and procurement processes as required for project execution.
Prepare comprehensive PMO reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key performance metrics and outcomes.
Candidate Specification
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or any other relevant engineering discipline
Professional memberships, certifications and training Programmes such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, PMP, RMP, PSP etc. would be desirable.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervision skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to supervise and motivate cross-functional teams.
