General Cashier
Rixos Hotel Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Cashier to join our dynamic finance team. As a General Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial transactions of our hotel.

What you will be doing:
· Processing guest payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
· Preparing and maintaining accurate daily cash reports and reconciliations.
· Handling petty cash disbursements and reimbursements.
· Assisting with the preparation of bank deposits and reconciling discrepancies.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial record keeping.
· Maintaining a secure and organized cash-handling environment.
· Providing exceptional customer service to guests and addressing any payment-related inquiries.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Your experience and skills include:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in cash handling, preferably in a hospitality or luxury environment.
· Proficiency in using financial software and point-of-sale systems.
· Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility in handling financial transactions.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
