About Our Client
Regional leader in the perfumes industry.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director, this person will be responsible for;
Overseeing and drive the success of our retail operations and exceed the business expectations in Qatar
Managing a team of Store Managers, Area Managers, Sales Executives across Qatar
Collaborating with relevant departments in identifying areas of revenue generation and new products developed to support revenue growth
Building and guiding the team on how to develop exceptional client service
Working closely with CRM to continue it's development into the sales process
The Successful Applicant
To apply for this role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
Atleast 7 years of experience in retail with 4 years in a Country/Area/Retail Management role
Preference for someone from fragrances, skincare but also open to luxury or fast fashion with a sizeable area of coverage being managed
P&L management experience
Experience in motivating teams and turnaround businesses leading to their growth
Must be based in Qatar or have atleast 7 years of relevant experience in Qatar
