The Business Generation team are the custodians and drivers of best practice and expertise across all aspects of marketing and business development: winning bids, brand and profile, digital and social media and key client management. As the business grows across the Middle East, we are looking for talented professionals to join us to make a difference.
Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Bid Assistant to support the Saudi Business Generation team. The post holder will support the delivery of winning bid submissions. It’s a fantatic opportunity for somewhere who has some experience in bidding and is looking to build their career in this specialism.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring vendor portals for opportunities to bid
Updating vendor registrations as required
Manage incoming bid opportunities from email inbox for distribution
Creating RM entries, uploading RFP documents for legal review
Creating baseline documents for bid responses
Completing company profiles, supplying standard documents for pre-qualification questionnaires
Organising meetings for bid teams
Supporting the wider bidding team in capturing best practice answers and sharing new materials
Setting up MS Teams channels for bid management
Setting up profiles from Turner & Townsend CV
CV formatting following standard branding
Qualifications
Skills and behaviours required:
Two years of experience in a bid support role
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Well-organised with a customer-orientated approach
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Power point, word and excel)
Excellent communication and people skills
Qualifications in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English essential, Arabic language skills advantageous

Location and travel
The post holder will be based in our Riyadh office
There is no requirement for travel beyond occasional trips to Dubai
