We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Manager for our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi.
Manage all departments of Maintenance Service: Electricity & Instrumentation (E&I), Mechanical, Building, IT.
Design, perform and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance activities using CMMS software (SAP PM).
Organize department duty service and failure / breakdown attendance.
In coordination with the Project Engineer, this position is also responsible for all the Engineering Projects to be completed.
Collaborate with Store Manager ensure spare parts supply and availability of required goods in maintenance store at optimal costs.
Ensure conformity of equipments with safety & quality standards (so as calibration or HACCP compliances), and manage control program. Lead immediate corrective actions if non-conformities are detected.
Define and assume due respect for procedures and work instructions defined in Quality Insurance Manual concerning activities.
Design and manage continuous Improvement program ensuring workshop tidiness, effective preventive and corrective actions performance, relevant problem-solving and root cause analysis activity.
Propose, develop, promote and train persons he manages so to improve service efficiency.
Help central Engineering department of Technical direction in local investments designing; costing and installation.
Preparing budget. Good Understanding of CAPEX & OPEX.
Bring his technical expertise so to improve business development.
Agree on doing all other tasks that may be required for plant efficient operation
QUALIFICATION:
BE / Graduate in Electrical Engineering discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of solid experience within continuous process manufacturing industry, ideally from glassware industry
Working knowledge of electrical distribution, inverters and drives, automatisms (Siemens S7 / Schneider), networks protocols, regulation.
Working knowledge of mechanics, metal working, fluids (air compressors, water treatment, boilers, chillers…), and draughtsmanship / drawings.
Working knowledge of new investments follow-up.
A working knowledge about :
Maintenance Methods and Computer Assisted Maintenance / CMMS
Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) and Engineering
SKILLS:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. English mandatory, spoken / written / understood.
Good people management skills
Excellent Technical and Analytical skills (with ability to think ahead)
Safety Orientation
Problem solving(to diagnose the source of the breakdown (mechanical, electronic, electrical,…) & team work
Action Planning & Results Oriented.
Calm, rigor and honesty.
