Job Description
IT Analytics Analyst is responsible for evaluate all business process to identify opportunities for reports improvements and automation, searching for best practices and enhance user-experience through technology creating interactive and dynamic dashboard visualizations.
Key responsibilities:
Create a roadmap of dashboards, validate with all stakeholders and execute accordantly.
Work as a IT business partner to support business leverage analytics technology across the region as competitive advantage.
Generate solutions able to provide immediate insight by transforming data into visually engaging, interactive views in dashboards.
Design data visualization platform to simplify data analysis and removes unnecessary complications, focuses on what matters most – finding the real value in your data.
Perform the interface of IT with its internal and external customers, identifying and proposing improvements in their work processes in a proactive way, enabling the continuity of operations, faster decisions and reducing efforts to provide information.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Analytics, Data or Computer Science or similar fields.
Power BI certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
Portuguese/Arabic speaker will be a plus.
4 years of experience in the BI & Analytics domain, minimum 3 years developing and building visualizations using Power BI tools.
Should be able to define a data model, calculated columns, measures, calculated tables, create and customize visualizations, hierarchies and drill-down in Power BI.
Should have the knowledge of publishing, sharing and exploring data in Power BI.
Should be able to customize and design advanced visualizations and optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
Should be able to configure and setup gateways, developing, maintaining.
Should analyze functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements.
Knowledge on database concepts, data modelling, stored procedures, complex query writing, performance optimization.
Knowledge on Agile and Project Management methodology.
Knowledge of sales, logistics, finance and production process.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong Adaptability and Time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to understand and address end-users' needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
