We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. The selected intern will be responsible for a specialized project involving the reconciliation of Free of Charge Goods across Gulf Levant affiliate which operates in 10 countries. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, data management, and reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities:
· Perform detailed reconciliation of Free of Charge Goods accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in alignment with No Charge Policy.
· Analyze and verify data related to Free of Charge Goods transactions, identifying discrepancies, and investigating their causes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Commercial, to gather necessary information for reconciliation.
· Assist in developing and implementing improved reconciliation processes and controls.
· Prepare regular reports summarizing the findings and progress of the reconciliation project.
· Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by the Finance team.
·Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
·Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
