We are looking to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our client in Dubai. Our client is a large business conglomerate in diversified business.
Job Responsibilities:
Create Technological strategy of the company covering all functional areas.
Evaluate new emerging and innovative technologies that can provide competitive advantage to the business.
Identify areas of processes automation and implement such automation.
Help the company to use technology efficiently and profitably
Supervise the IT infrastructure to ensure functionality and security.
Manage IT team and ensure timely implementation of IT projects
Manage IT Budget
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of programming and IT
Knowledge of protocols and computer standards
Experience with DevOps, Agile and computer security
Knowledge of business, budgets and business models
Experience in product management and project management
Sense of economy and business management
Experience in team management and talent identification
Conceptual and analytical capabilities
Strong leadership skills
Good time management skills
