About the role
As an Attorney Support Specialist, you be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for attorneys and/or paralegals. Other key responsibilities include:
Performing complete secretarial functions for attorneys and/or paralegals requiring knowledge of format, procedure, and specialized terminology.
Researching and obtaining a wide variety of information or documents requested by attorneys and/or paralegals.
Drafting, revising, and submitting client billings. May contact clients regarding delinquent bills.
Processing expenses and/or invoices for payment.
Maintaining and tracking inbox and/or calendars for attorneys.
Coordinating travel arrangements. Updating attorneys concerning mail and phone messages while traveling.
About you
Join our team if you:
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm.
Possess knowledge and proficiency in PC applications required, including word processing (MS Word) and spreadsheet software.
And have:
A college degree or equivalent.
Secretarial/support assistance experience desired to interpret law office policies and procedures and produce accurate legal documents with minimal supervision
