Job Description
Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for projects
Receiving all the catalogues for individual projects from stores and keep a record of them.
Coordinate with Design Engineer/Electrical engineer in order to understand the project operation and special conditions to be integrated in manuals.
Release a draft of operation manual before testing of the vehicle to QC in order to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information given in manual
Centralizing all the catalogues along with the Manuals and pass to QC department at end of the project.
Photoshoots of individual vehicles and vehicle parts for using in elaboration of the manuals
Release the completed Manuals (hard copies, CD's) to the QC Department.
Graphic design of manuals and decals using Photoshop, Illustrator.
Technical writing of operations procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in same field
Relevant experience in Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office
