This position is based in Saudi Arabia.
The Project Manager - Design & Technical Saudi Arabia will be responsible for providing Technical Support for the Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) developments primarily throughout Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a candidate with strong international hotel experience with an architectural and interior design background.
Project types include leads & pipeline projects (new build, equity, conversions projects) and existing hotel projects (hotel renovations) across all of Radisson Hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager Design & Technical:
Maximize compliance to the Technical Brand Standards, to ensure that hotel meets the market and guest expectations.
Monitor, advice & coordinate of the RHG Interior, back of house and Technical Design Guidelines correct implementation – brand guardian
Monitor and report project status regarding construction & timing during execution phase
Control of Fire, Life & Safety RHG standards compliance in all projects
Develop and foster good professional working relationships with owning companies, hotel developers, contractors, and their design teams
Actively facilitate to promote Radisson Hotel brand concepts (Design philosophy, F&B concepts) for brand consistency, using all available knowhow and experience with these concepts
Requirements of the Project Manager Design & Technical:
Relevant degree-level education in architecture and or interior design
Relevant International hotel background and experience with interior design or architecture
Mature and dynamic communicator at all levels and are able to combine strong technical skills with an excellent sense of organization
Clear eye for relational and commercial aspects of your day to day work
Fluent in English, both written and oral. Arabic and French speaking as additional languages are an asset
Thorough understanding of drawing software such as, AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D, Microsoft and Others
