About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator for our office to manage and maintain our organization's information technology systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking. The IT Systems Administrator will also be responsible for managing user accounts and providing technical support to employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries from end-users.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Prior to the employees' first day, conduct thorough testing of all IT equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Provide training and educate end-users on basic software and hardware functionality to enhance their technical skills.
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
· Assist in user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
· Stay updated with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of IT support services
· Documentation needs to be created and maintained, including user manuals, knowledge base articles, and training materials and knowledge base articles for common issues and their resolutions.
· Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat/CentOS – Current)/Mac OS environments.
· Knowledge of Grand stream.
· Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and updates to provide up-to-date support.
· Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
· Build a relationship with all employees so that they can report any IT problems and request assistance in a professional and timely manner.
· Regularly update and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
· Offer guidance on how to use specific software or applications that are essential for their job roles and address any IT-related questions or issues promptly to minimize downtime and frustration.
What we need:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Fluent in English
