Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Telecommunication Design Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to design Telecommunication Infrastructure and in-building ELV systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare design packages for ICT/telecommunication infrastructure and in-building ELV systems inclusive of design drawings, scopes of work, and material technical specifications.
Under general supervision, performs all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter.
Plans, schedules, and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Security systems which include but not limited to CCTV, SACS, PA, etc.
ELV systems which include but not limited to oice, Data, FDAS, etc.
Design of physical security systems like road blockers, turnstile, barriers, etc.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Knowledge of engineering practices and calculation methods.
Knowledge of international codes and standards such as BICSI, IEEE, ANSI, IEC, NFPA, UL.
Good communication skills
Flexibility and dependability.
Eagerness to build-up their knowledge base
Willingness to share knowledge and guide and mentor fellows.

Willingness to succeed in completing all jobs to a high standard and improve at tasks.
