Job Description
Develop use cases and business intelligence dashboards by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.
Lead the academic applications team to identify and proactively address systems issues through active analytics and reporting mechanisms.
Understand business requirements by liaising with unit heads, offering improvements or new services as necessary.
Provide continuous support toward the learning and development of the application developers through technical advice and mentoring.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years system development experience, with 2-4 years in a managerial position leading small-to-medium sized teams.
Hands-on experience working with Banner and Salesforce, and exposure to Blackboard.
Experience working with analytical tools such as PowerBI or ArgosBI.
Detail-oriented team leader with capacity to oversee multiple projects at once.
