Job Description
1. Drive the wide range of product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
2. Accountable for daily sale transaction local and international, dealers, partners, walk-in customers, queries, quotations so on and so forth.
3. Monitoring and giving continuous support to existing dealers, partners, new potential partners to provide them business ventures, strategic plans, objectives to attain both parties’ targets. Update on timely manner to current and upcoming product that may boost and increase revenue on both companies.
4. Evaluate current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for variation. Completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer need. Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market.
5. Helping to oversee the approach and planning how to market and promote the product to the consumers and specifies the needs and desires of customers.
6. Maximize the potential market shares local and internationally that helps to increase revenues as well as promoting brand awareness to consumers.
7. Assisting on product ideas, strategize promotions that may contribute to monthly sales incomes. Meeting and achieving the set goals given and directive by the management.
8. Providing management with analyses and reports on a monthly meeting and responding to questions and requests from management.
9. Checking and monitor product inventories in daily or weekly basis to ensure that company are keeping enough stocks to supply. Listing and ordering stocks of existing and upcoming new products.
10. Responsible for crowdsourcing, developing, and curating ideas that will deliver value to customers. Continuous process and determine which ideas should be promoted to push the product strategy forward.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Business Administration, or any related field.
2. Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
3. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
4. 5 or more Years’ experience in a similar post.
5. UAE Driving License holders preferred.
