Senior Facilities Manager - Whitespot, Damac, UAE

Authorities and Responsibilities:

Implementing, maintaining & continually improving the allocated contractual obligation.

Ensure necessary planning and utilization of the resources allocated for contractual execution

Maintaining profitability for the assigned contract

Identifying new opportunities for additional source of revenue from allocated/assigned contracts

Ensuring statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations as required

Meeting client representatives of assigned contract and ensure KPI and customer satisfaction is maintained as per desired outcomes.

Ensuring customer satisfaction, by meeting all contractual obligations

Key Accountabilities:

Develops and monitors department budget, manages the entire operations of the assigned contracts.

Develops specifications for cost-effective management systems; supervises the operations

Ensuring the contractual compliance are met as per the agreed SLA & KPI’s.

Optimal utilization of allocated resources against the assigned contracts

Demonstrated capability in streamlining operations and cost optimization.

Implementation of QHSE systems in the assigned contracts

Effectively communicate, solving operational issues of the assigned contracts

Motivate & develop team, with excellent analytical, decision making, & organizational skills

Maintain confidentiality of the contract

Provide necessary support to the site execution team to identify appropriate service vendors/suppliers

Investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises

Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money

Active participation in incident investigation

Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities

Plan, direct & communicate essential service deliverables

Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing of current premises

Ensure optimal utilization of petty cash.

 

Qualification:

Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical subjected to the expertise required for the assigned responsibilities)

Experience:

Min 12 – 15 years of management experience preferably within the Facility Management, Construction, and/or Building Services Industries.

Having good working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / CAFM will be an added qualification.
