The job holder will be responsible to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
Submission of various monthly R2R and VAT inputs required for books closing and filing of VAT returns
Month End books closing - Review of all TB, Provisions, and all accounting transactions
Preparing and Review of P&L and provide budget vs actual variance commentary
Review FAR schedules and discuss comments with Reporting Manager
Co-ordination with R2R, P2P, C2C and Corporate VAT team form timely submission of required reports and resolving of issues
Review of Incentive Calculations – Calculating & verifying the Incentives as per company policy.
Final settlement – Verifying the Final settlement as per the policy.
Year End Statutory Audit- Supporting & providing the details as per the Auditors.
VAT - Filing of VAT returns in co-ordination with TCS and Corporate VAT Team
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Graduate Degree in Commerce & Accounting
Minimum Experience
Min 4-6 years of accounting in Retail background preferably
Specific / Relevant Experience
Good working knowledge in Excel, data tools
Good communication skills
