As an Assistant store manager, you must display management and organisational skills to promote the efficiency of store operations and promote our experience.

Key Responsibilities: –Assist the store manager to Manage the store to achieve sales objectives and retail KPI Visibility on the shop floor with the sales team and clientsMust adopt a customer-first approach and ensure all team members offer exemplary customer service expected from a luxury brand.Supervise trainingReview staff performance and offer constructive feedback.

Maintain cordial relations with customers and resolve complaints and grievances.

Must constantly educate oneself and other staff to enhance product knowledge.Implementing and following the guidelines from the marketing department.Guide sales team on extraordinary service, selling techniques, and ideas to deliver unique and memorable selling experiences.Act as a strong brand ambassador by always upholding brand values and ethos.

Desired Functional Skills: – Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, anddesigner labels. Well-acquainted with regional languages as well as English
