Job purpose:
The Ticketing Unit Head leads and manages the smooth daily ticketing and cash control activities within the Company in Abu Dhabi.
Roles & responsibilities:
Develop unit medium and long terms ticketing goals, methods, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and creates plans as and when needed.
Manages and develops the budget, along with the administrative, resource allocation, legal and financial actions required for the Unit thought the year.
Reviews creation and implementation of new ticket products, new events and new prices coordinating with the required departments to ensure correct promotion are reflected.
Review units progress and status analytical reports on department activities, sales and attendance to provide advice and recommendations for further actions to staff and Sales Manager.
Identifies the system requirements and issues to ensure ticketing processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively, in coordination with IT Department and software developers.
Ensure all members of the team and third-party providers adhere to SOPs and providing regular training.
Supervises the management of cash flow and revenue reconciliation through daily reporting and maintain financial files.

Requirements
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
Master degree (Preferred)
Experiences as an Ticketing unit Head/Manager in a Museum
7 years post graduate experience .
Fluency in Arabic, English and French
