Overview
**This position will be physically located in Dubai in support of LOGCAP**
Under supervision of the HR Operations Supervisor, performs professional level human resources operations activities. Primarily responsible for the tracking inter-theater movement of personnel. Confers with managers/supervisors, CONUS and OCONUS HR, and site personnel regarding employee travel, planning activities, and problems encountered. Completes travel requests for incoming and outgoing personnel. Ensures employees have obtained appropriate travel documents.

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
Responsible for the tracking inter-theater movement of personnel
Confers with managers/supervisors, CONUS and OCONUS HR, and site personnel regarding employee travel, planning activities, and problems encountered.
Completes travel requests for incoming and outgoing personnel.
Ensures employees have obtained appropriate travel documents.
Assist with expense reports and travel audits.
Distributes itinerary to candidates and business travelers.
Notify candidates and employees of all changes to travel that may occur before or during travel
Work closely with candidates and employees to ensure accuracy of information when booking airline travel
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:
To be qualified for this position you must comply with USCENTCOM MOD 16 that requires proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC or host country requirements. As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered. This definition may change in accordance with CDC guidelines. Compliance with this government requirement is an essential function of the position and is a condition of employment.
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
One-year experience in HR
Practical knowledge of assigned HR functional areas
Previous experience working on a Government Contract or LOGCAP would be a plus.
Skills:
Skilled working in a team-orientated environment and able to demonstrate strong customer service skills within an organization.
Communicates professionally orally and in writing
Previous knowledge in an HRIS systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, etc.)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is generally conducted in an office environment; however, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures and war zones.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Work may require heavy lifting, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
