We are looking for A Senior HR Administrator to be based in Dubai that will act
as a provider of multi-disciplined technical services to the built environment, SNCL - Atkins is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice.
Working as part of a centralized team of HR Managers and administrators, you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements
Managing the employee lifecycle, in particular onboarding
Producing standard in-country correspondence
Coordinating inductions for new employees
Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues including the People Hub in Bangalore
Working closely with the KSA immigration, facilities, payroll and finance departments
Proactively contributing to improvements within the department
Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
Any other duties as requested by the HR Managers
Technical Requirements
Up to 2 years of generalist human resources experience gained within a busy, professional and customer facing environment including experience of dealing with all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Robust IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook – knowledge of Workday, InfoPath and SharePoint also beneficial
Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with KSA employment law and practice
Very strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
