Job Summary.
As Administration Manager you will be responsible for managing the administrative teams’ and ensuring that daily operations support is performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative tasks and duties to support aftermarket operations, and plan for the most productive and efficient utilization of these resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Manage schedules, and deadlines and allocate responsibilities
Seek team involvement, creativity, and respect for others and their ideas
Assess staff performance, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure adequate flow of information within the team to facilitate other business operations
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Encourage professionalism
Identify process bottlenecks and offer solutions for improvement
Develops and implements policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
Carry out any other relevant duties as required
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with MNC
Written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within an administrative team
Scheduling & Planning
Budgeting and financial reporting experience
Managed a team and/or projects
Very good understanding of office management processes
Involved in the Business Process Alignment (BPA)
Proficiency in ERP and NOV Rig Technologies Systems(i.e. Tracker2, Rig Office, Glovia, JDE etc) - desirable.
Oil and Gas experience highly preferred
