Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting any incidents / accidents / breakdowns immediately to the Cluster concierge manager

• Follow all company policies and procedure and make sure the valet team adheres as well.

• Ensure uniform and personal appearance of the valet team are clean and presentable.

• Welcome and acknowledge all guest according to company standards.

• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.

• Ensure traffic in front of the lobby is controlled and help with the valet whenever they are busy.

• Check events one day prior and communicate with CCM for extra valet requests.

• Ensure that seasonal adjustments are made to the schedule as appropriate.

Requirements :

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills English(Hindi/Arabic added advantage)

• Valid International UAE driving license

•Organizational and time management skills

•Basic computer skills

• A natural happy smiler with a positive Yes I Can! attitude…
