What will you do?
MEA Talent Manager role is reporting to Talent Mngt, Learning and Development VP for MEA region. Key responsibility of the position is to support HR/Talent critical priorities of the Zone. Role is remote, Based in one of MEA countries. No need to relocate.
- To lead TM campaigns by educating HR community and People Manager’s community
- To leverage talent insights data to lead actionable decisions on talent strategy
- Supporting diversity initiatives
- To be responsible for key assessment processes, 4 Eyes assessment, EC assessment processes, all type of inventories such as Hogan, LVI, insights
- To support Talent Review campaign by mentoring HR community
- To support zone talent strategy by aligning with TM community on specific needs from Cluster
- To lead Talent Management programs for Zone deployment
- to coordinate nominations for key corporate programs from clusters
- Work with leaders to develop actionable strategies and solutions.
- Partners with HRBPs to uncover needs, other talent solutions to ensure a holistic approach
- Work on future skills to develop talents at zone level
- Ensure Individual Development plans are at highest quality,
- To assist Talent VP on key critical initiatives for supporting talent strategy defined for Zone and Clusters
- To coach and provide TM solutions, tools and processes on specific initiatives
- E2E HR people processes, Min 5 years experience in an HRBP, Development, Talent Management or Talent Acquisition Role
- Strong process mindset,
- Influencing capabilities, strong presentation skills
- Digital Mindset, well awareness of future skills like digital&agility
- Agile in dealing with data, familiar with HR reporting tools
- Network Builder, Navigate easily through stakeholders,
- Agility to deal with different cultures
