OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE

To drafts the design & execution drawings in 2d format for all the CP and Concepts projects .

DO — Key Responsibilities

Must be able to develop Space planning and proficient in CAD design.
Able to create and/or re-design layouts and space plans.
Able to specify furniture, interior finishes, lighting etc. as per the standard CP formats.
Job responsibility includes but not limited to all CAD layout, space planning, but to also visit site and do site supervision to different territories for supervision work.
Should be proficient working in AutoCAD, knowledgeable with 3D Max, and other graphic software.
Should handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Should keep a track on the number of days to complete the given project.
Should follow the SOPs of the Department.
Should be proficient in Photoshop and Sketchup.
