About the job CLOSE-OUT ENGINEER - WARRANTIES & ASSET REGISTRATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Close-out team member responsible for following-up, tracking, monitoring, and preparing for close-out final handing over of all Warranties and Asset
• Registers of the project. Should coordinate and liaise with discipline engineers, subcontractors, BIM team, and any other project stakeholders related to warranties and asset registers.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Close-out project
• Experience in Airport project is ideal for this role

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or related course or equivalent
