Experience & Skills
• Excellent administrative & organization skills – attention to details and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively in
English language both oral and written.
• Proven experience of producing routine correspondence independently.
• Should possess shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 50 w.p.m.
• Should possess at least 8 years of experience in computer / secretarial work.
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Power Point, Lotus Notes and EDMS operation system.
Education
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by training in stenography / secretarial work at a recognised institute or equivalent work experience.
