Your Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Apply for exit permits and approvals for destination requirements
• Maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all shipments
• Manage a team of drivers and vehicles
Your Qualifications
You must be a resident of Dubai
Have managed a small logistics team
Have international UAE experience
Be fluent in English
Be able to commence work immediately
