Job Description
JOB PURPOSE :
To support the Business Excellence function in developing and strengthening Management Systems and Processes across the Group in order to improve Business Performance and create value for Internal & External Stakeholders.
Functional Accountabilities :
Develop organizational effectiveness in collaboration with extended teams to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and trainings across the organization.
Drive projects on processes to improve productivity and KPI performance; support the execution of projects through the operational/business excellence agenda.
Drive strategic quality plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure success in the deployment of operational/business excellence practices.
Manage Quality and Lean Six Sigma strategy to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
Develop short and long range strategic business plans to align resources to meet future customer needs and drive superior operating results.
Qualifications and experience :
Experience in Process Optimization and Implementation
Experience in Business Insight Data Analytics and Interpretation
Experience in Project Management / Work Plan
Six-Sigma Belt certification
Qualifications :
Graduate or Post-graduate with an Engineering background, preferred
