The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of assigned projects. They will coordinate and schedule inspections, meetings, specialized trades. They will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Shall manage, monitor, and inspect, document and advise on projects as required. Provides support in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.

Prepare and submit reports of project status and progress weekly to the SM and COR.

Monitor and manage the design and build out of selected new construction, repair and alteration, and build to suit projects, in traditional delivery modes or alternative modes of design/build type projects from beginning to end.

Assist in monitoring project activities, direction and decisions relative to site selection, design schedules, reviewing Contractor submitted designs, and complete project close-out documentation.

Track and analyze Contractor progress schedules in accordance with project SOW.

Monitors on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance.

Coordinates and monitors the completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle.

Attends meetings weekly and provides official project status reports per the frequency required (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).

Attends inspections and identified events during construction.

Provides project management support in any form, demonstrating compliance with all directives and other applicable standards to include, records management.

Provides technical support on a daily basis to all customers, manages electronic documents, serves as the liaison for other customer groups related to all projects, provides expertise, monitors security related issues, and maintains a coordinating relationship with the government agency, its clients, and external partners to include the architect-engineers, construction contractors, and other contractors supporting the government.

Utilizes interpersonal skills to successfully work with all stakeholders including customers, regulators and property owners.

Assists with the transition of projects to those customers responsible for ongoing maintenance of space.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

7+ Years of Experience in Project Management

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Similar

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Other desirable certifications include; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Must have working knowledge of construction materials and processes.

Must be able to read and understand architectural, engineering and shop drawings associated with assigned projects.

Must utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret Contractor submittals, draft in-house plans and details, and to modify existing AutoCAD drawings.

Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project) to effectively schedule and communicate all aspects of project requirements.

Ability to lead, and motivate teams to work within various settings. Must be objective, flexible and responsive to change and understand the complexities of a changing work environment. Partner with staff and Business Partners to ensure design accomplishes both business and technical requirements

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License

Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)

Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY

Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar

Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.

Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Architect Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, design specifications, and quality standards. You will serve as a critical quality control function, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to maintain project integrity and safety standards.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural elements, structural components, and construction work at various project stages

Verify compliance with approved architectural drawings, building codes, and Saudi Arabian construction regulations

Document inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and technical notes

Analyze construction quality and identify deviations from specifications or standards

Communicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and stakeholders

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve identified issues

Maintain organized records of all inspection activities and maintain inspection schedules

Perform site assessments and evaluate material quality, workmanship, and installation procedures

Prepare comprehensive inspection reports with findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective action

Stay current with evolving building codes, architectural standards, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Archtectural.

10 years of experience or more in architectural inspection, quality assurance, or construction site oversight

Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and construction methodologies

Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and architectural specifications

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency with digital inspection tools and documentation software

Experience with CAD software or building information modeling (BIM) tools (preferred)

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building regulations and local construction standards

Professional inspection certification or relevant industry credentials (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical judgments

Job Description

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor major project located in Dubai.

Job Duties

Perform survey work under the direction and guidance of the Senior Highway Surveyor.

Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field

Record all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.

Coordinate with the Contractor’s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.

Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.

Report discrepancies or technical problems to the Assistant Resident Engineer.

Perform joint measurements of the completed work or payment

Maintain equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.

Specific Skills Required

Strong Construction supervision experiences on expressways projects.

Well experienced in the construction of interchanges / intersections.

Ability to utilize modern computer software and survey equipment

Qualifications

Experience

Work experience of not less than 10 years in construction and/or supervision

Must also have knowledge of existing networks in the Emirate of Dubai

Relevant university or college qualification (Min 7 Years of Diploma in Civil or Survey)

RTA/ DM Approval is preferred

Primary function:

We are looking for someone who directs day-to-day maintenance operations for one construction materials plant site plus several smaller plant areas.

Location: Saudi Arabia
Key duties:

Responsibility for effective maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs, equipment safety programs, and equipment/machinery utilization;
Acting as technical advisor on all production equipment issues, may assist management team with budget and purchasing decisions;
Recommendation of improvement in maintenance processes and techniques in order to promote more efficient operations;
Scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize disruption of workplace;
Review and monitoring work orders to ensure timely performance and quality of work;
Maintenance of spare parts and purchase management of materials and supplies for maintenance services;
System check on plant systems and equipment;
Approval of personnel actions, promoting harmonious labor-management relationship.

Qualifications and experience:

Technical background with knowledge/experience of equipment operations, maintenance and repair;
Significant experience required;
Good command of both written and verbal English and Arabic needed.
