Key Responsibilities

Brand Transformation (Primary Focus)

Lead a full refresh of brand identity aligned with Saudi market expectations and cultural context

Define a compelling, locally resonant brand narrative

Build a brand presence that connects authentically with customers across the Kingdom

Digital Marketing & Growth

Own and scale all digital channels with strong emphasis on locally dominant platforms and behaviors

Develop performance-driven campaigns with clear ROI and measurable outcomes

Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels

Content & Community

Build culturally relevant campaigns tied to local trends, moments, and audience behavior

Develop a strong content engine that drives organic engagement and shareability

Activate creator and influencer ecosystems with a locally authentic voice

Commercial Impact

Partner with commercial teams to support revenue growth

Position the brand as a preferred choice for consumers and businesses within Saudi Arabia

Team & Execution

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal capabilities

Establish a strong culture of accountability, performance, and execution

Requirements

Essential:

10–15 years of marketing experience with leadership exposure

Proven track record in building or scaling consumer brands within Saudi Arabia

Deep, practical understanding of local consumer behavior, culture, and digital platforms

Strong performance marketing capability (data-driven decision-making)

Ability to connect creative output to measurable business results

Fluency in Arabic and English

Highly Valued:

Strong familiarity with Saudi digital ecosystems and content dynamics

Experience operating in high-growth, consumer-facing environments

Ability to build culturally relevant campaigns that resonate locally

Leadership Expectations

Operates with strong ownership and accountability

Brings both commercial thinking and cultural intuition

Able to move fast, challenge assumptions, and deliver measurable outcomes

The Sr .Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing the company�s products and services in an engaging, effective, and cost-efficient way that generates profitable sales while promoting the long-term success of the brand. He or she will agree on monthly and annual targets and will discuss progress informally at regular intervals with formal reviews.

Promoting and selling Marcom Solutions and Services (Events Management, Stands Design, Production, Brand Activations, Artwork & Digital Marketing)
Handle the full sales cycle from finding the right prospects to closing the deals
Grow revenue and volume with new and existing customers/partners
Build and maintain relationships with the new and existing customers/partners
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business by bringing new clients
Work with Regional Manager to prepare proposal plans that meet the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline
Support the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered
Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles

Requirements

The ideal candidate will assist in promoting the hotel’s brand, driving guest engagement, and supporting revenue growth through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote hotel services, offers, and events.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Manage and update digital platforms, including social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.

Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and promotional assets.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships.

Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Food Distribution

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the Sales Team, Van Sales and Merchandising team for the Food Distribution division in Bahrain.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, candidate will oversee all aspects of the sales operations for assigned territories/channels.

Candidate will provide direct leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.

Candidate will play a key role in maximizing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and individual buyers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, van sales personnel, and merchandisers.

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve assigned sales targets.

Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including scheduling, route planning, and reporting.

Manage customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate deals.

Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Food market.

Manage inventory levels for van sales and merchandising activities, ensuring optimal product availability.

Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for Food sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the Food Distribution industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

A valid Bahrain driver's license (preferred).

Knowledge of the Bahrain market for Food Distribution (a plus).
