This role carries a clear directive:

Transform the brand. Drive measurable growth. Build a marketing engine rooted in deep local consumer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Transformation (Primary Focus)

Lead a full refresh of brand identity aligned with Saudi market expectations and cultural context

Define a compelling, locally resonant brand narrative

Build a brand presence that connects authentically with customers across the Kingdom

Digital Marketing & Growth

Own and scale all digital channels with strong emphasis on locally dominant platforms and behaviors

Develop performance-driven campaigns with clear ROI and measurable outcomes

Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels

Content & Community

Build culturally relevant campaigns tied to local trends, moments, and audience behavior

Develop a strong content engine that drives organic engagement and shareability

Activate creator and influencer ecosystems with a locally authentic voice

Commercial Impact

Partner with commercial teams to support revenue growth

Position the brand as a preferred choice for consumers and businesses within Saudi Arabia

Team & Execution

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal capabilities

Establish a strong culture of accountability, performance, and execution

Requirements

Essential:

10–15 years of marketing experience with leadership exposure

Proven track record in building or scaling consumer brands within Saudi Arabia

Deep, practical understanding of local consumer behavior, culture, and digital platforms

Strong performance marketing capability (data-driven decision-making)

Ability to connect creative output to measurable business results

Fluency in Arabic and English

Highly Valued:

Strong familiarity with Saudi digital ecosystems and content dynamics

Experience operating in high-growth, consumer-facing environments

Ability to build culturally relevant campaigns that resonate locally

Leadership Expectations

Operates with strong ownership and accountability

Brings both commercial thinking and cultural intuition

We need a Director of Finance & Business Support

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Bottom line? We’re looking for a new Director of Finance and Accounting comfortable with balancing the books when it comes to managing the needs of owners, auditors and regulatory agencies while also monitoring and improving hotel profitability. In return, we’ll put our financial operations and the security of our hotel assets in your expert hands.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Managing and coaching your team to ensure the right person is always on the right task

• Setting exceptional accounting practice standards and ensuring financial control procedures remain ethical and legal

• Maximising financial returns through financial analysis, data trends and market information – while budgeting accordingly

• Enhancing the guest experience through improved payment options, inventory controls and financial dispute resolution

• Supervising a number of clerical accounting employees across a range of functions – from Accounts Payable to Purchasing and Payroll.
  

What We need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Finance

• 4-8 years’ experience in hotel accounting or auditing with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

• Knowledge of accounting management duties e.g., negotiating hotel space and tenant leases, processing payroll, performing asset management duties, providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns etc

• Professional accounting or finance designation or certification preferred

• Must speak local language(s)

• Other languages beneficial

We need an Executive Director, Design,

We are currently retained by a leading government backed developer in Abu Dhabi responsible for a number of major developments covering residential, mixed-use and destination projects. Due to the continued expansion of their portfolio, we now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Executive Director, Design to join the executive management team.

Reporting to the CEO and based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for managing the masterplanning, project designs, planning and coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring development completion and handover to the delivery teams. You will be supported by a Design Director along with a current multi-national team of 35 covering masterplanning, infrastructure, built form, interiors, landscaping and key stakeholder management along with the support of international & local consultants.

A mineral company is searching for a senior level candidate with a proven track record in the international trade of minerals & Mining industry. The candidate should be an exceptional leader with relevant business acumen to create and lead a sustainable company. The company will start with selected minerals in its first three to five years (Gypsum, Limestone, Dolomite and Chromite). The Company should then gradually expand its portfolio and deal with both exports and imports. The candidates should also be aware of the complexity of the sector in terms of supply and demand and all associated logistics requirements supporting the sector and contributing to its costs.

The Board of Directors shall appoint the CEO on terms and conditions it considers appropriate considering performance incentives. The CEO shall report to the Board of Directors on a regular, periodic basis and otherwise as the Board of Directors may request.

Creation & Management of COMPANY: Manage creation and evolution of COMPANY as a profitable and sustainable mineral trading company by:

• Designing a suitable operation model and organization structure in line with the business needs and recruit competent and experienced personnel to main key functions targeting the identified minerals markets.
• Developing a 5 Year Business Plan for COMPANY to achieve the goals set by the shareholders of the company.
• Negotiating Supply Agreements with mineral producers based on the Business Model suggested by the Stakeholders,
• Establishing partnerships with global logistics solution providers,
• Formalizing Off-Take agreements with end-users and sales channel partners,
• Set up a Market intelligence system for regular interaction with Government agencies for facilitating decision on exploration and capacity planning for key minerals in Oman.
• Validating of statutory requirements for export of minerals,
• Ensuring compliance to WTO and GATT

Organization Culture & Talend Management: COMPANY’s nature of business would require encouraging and

promoting entrepreneurial culture with high ethical standards. This may require:

• 
  Leading key initiatives that promote and enhance desired organizational values, including integrity, business skills, nurturing of local talent and motivation of key employees.
• Ensuring that the key values are understood and practiced at all levels, and
• Achieving shared commitment throughout the Company to these values in achieving company’s

goals,

• Developing a management review process to provide assurance to the Board that effective succession plans are in place.
• Ensure that senior management have clear roles aligned with the Company’s strategic vision and that senior management has the requisite skills to anticipate and address any requirements necessary to deliver Key Performance Parameters, Establish the conditions, policies, opportunities, and compensation structures to attract and retain highly capable people through the organization.

Compliance & Risk Management:

COMPANY’s highly competitive and commercial business environment would require continuous assessment of all business and regulatory risks, development of mitigation measures, implementation, and control. This, among other actions, would require:

• Ensuring that appropriate budgeting, internal control, reporting, and disclosure systems are established and maintained to provide accurate and complete financial reporting for management purposes and to ensure that reporting to the Board, Shareholders and regulators is of the highest quality and integrity; and
• Ensure that effective systems are in place to identify and manage business risks.
• Monitor changes in WTO, GATT and Anti-Competition Laws and ensure compliance,

Board & Stake-holder Engagement:

• Develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan for approval by the Board of Directors for implementation.

• Create a platform for Industry Level interaction with Government Bodies for escalating relevant international marketing and trade issues and formalizing required resolution.

Other Responsibilities: Assume such other appropriate responsibilities as are assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time.

Information Flow to the Board of Directors:
The CEO will arrange for the delivery of information and access to senior management on a timely basis to keep the Board of Directors fully apprised of all matters that are necessary for the directors to perform their duties.
