As our Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be steering performance, elevating standards and ensuring we deliver outstanding work every time.

What you'll be doing:

Growing our partner network through smart, strategic recruitment
Nurturing and retaining our existing brand partners
Leading pitches, negotiating commercial deals, and managing contracts
Running multiple projects end‑to‑end with excellence and efficiency
Driving team performance, resourcing, and a culture of productivity and positivity
Championing TLC’s global strategy and shaping the product portfolio in your market

Spearhead brand partner recruitment and build strong, long‑lasting relationships
Secure high‑value commercial deals aligned with global and local strategy
Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they run on time and to the highest standards
Lead, support, and develop the Brand Partnerships team
Optimise profitability through efficient cost management and innovative partnership solutions
Stay ahead of market and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for growth

A proven track record in brand partnerships, commercial negotiation, and relationship management

Role Purpose

This role will support the growing demand for always-on, high-quality content across digital channels, campaigns, and performance assets. The Content Executive will be responsible for coordinating, creating, adapting, and executing digital content across platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and speed to market while supporting overall brand and performance objectives.

The role combines creative content production with digital execution to help strengthen brand presence, enhance engagement, and drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Execution

Develop and adapt digital content for social media, websites, campaigns, and paid performance channels.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
Support always-on content delivery to maintain consistent brand visibility.
Write engaging captions, scripts, and short-form content tailored to each platform.

Design & Creative Production

Design visual content including graphics, layouts, visuals, and campaign assets.
Support the creation of multimedia content such as reels, animations, and short videos.
Edit and enhance visual content to professional standards.

Campaign & Performance Support

Adapt content formats for paid and organic channels to maximize performance.
Ensure fast content turnaround to meet campaign timelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives.

Content Coordination & Calendar Management

Contribute to content planning and scheduling across platforms.
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand presentation across all channels.
Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholder inputs where required.

Digital & Social Platform Execution

Publish and manage content across social media and digital platforms.
Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behavior to support optimization.
Stay updated with best practices, emerging formats, and industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in digital content creation, social media, or creative production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating content and visual design capabilities.

Skills & Competencies

Technical

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
Experience with video editing and short-form content creation.
Strong copywriting and storytelling capability.

Behavioral

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

Additional Information

Experience in corporate, real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.

We need an App Content Specialist - Tamheer Program,

Join Nice One as an App Content Specialist in the Tamheer Program to support app content creation, localization, and quality assurance. This role is open to all candidates and supports diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn within a structured internship-style development program.

Primary Responsibilities – Create, review, and maintain in-app content

Write, edit, and proofread app text including onboarding flows, notifications, help articles, microcopy, and UI labels to ensure clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness.
Localize and adapt content for Arabic-speaking users while coordinating with translators and reviewers to maintain tone and cultural relevance.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure content fits UI constraints and supports product goals and user journeys.
Maintain content style guides, glossaries, and naming conventions to ensure consistent language across the app and related communications.
Perform content QA by reviewing in-app text for accuracy, typos, broken links, and contextual errors before and after releases.
Use content management tools, spreadsheets, and simple tracking systems to log changes, manage iterations, and report on outstanding issues.
Collect user feedback and report recurring content problems or improvement opportunities to the content lead.
Participate in Tamheer Program learning activities, training sessions, and mentorship meetings to develop communication and product skills.

Qualifications and Skills – Strong language skills and a willingness to learn

High school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates in communication, translation, linguistics, mass communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone; ability to adapt language for different audiences and microcopy contexts.
Comfortable using basic content tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and simple CMS or localization platforms; training will be provided.
Basic understanding of UX principles and an interest in how content supports usability and product goals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and accept feedback as part of ongoing learning.
Previous internship, volunteer, or freelance writing experience is a plus but not required; motivated beginners welcome.
