we need a Document Controller,
The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely accessibility to support project execution and delivery. Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize all project documents including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence. - Ensure effective filing and archiving of documents both electronically and physically as per company standards. - Facilitate document control procedures and workflows in line with company and project requirements. - Coordinate with project teams to collect, distribute, and archive documents appropriately. - Maintain document control logs and track document revisions and approvals. - Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and safety standards in documentation. - Support audits and inspections by providing necessary document access and reports. - Assist in the preparation of reports related to document control status and updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office suite. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - Good understanding of construction project documentation processes and standards. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with project teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of ISO quality management standards is an advantage. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Relevant certification or diploma in Document Management or related field is preferred. - A minimum 7 years experience is required. - UAE based applicants only.
